Tuna and Mushroom Casserole

Ingredients :
  • 1 tablespoon Star Margarine
  • 1/3 cup tuna flakes packed in oil, drained
  • 1 piece calamansi, juiced
  • 1/4 cup chopped button mushrooms
  • 1 pack Lucky Me Chicken Sopas
  • 1/2 cup all purpose cream

Cooking Instructions :
  1. In a small saucepan, heat margarine. Add tuna flakes and calamansi juice. Sauté for a minute. Add chopped button mushrooms. Mix well.
  2. Add 2 cups of water, cover and bring to a boil. Add Lucky Me Chicken Sopas noodles and condiment packets. Boil for 3 minutes more.
  3. Remove half the amount of liquid and stir in all purpose cream. Mix well. Serve.
