Squid Balls Soup
Ingredients :
- 50 grams squid balls (1/2 cup chopped)
- 2 tablespoons chopped white onions
- 1 teaspoon ginger, cut into strips
- 2 cups water
- 1 pack Lucky Me Instant Noodles (Itnok)
- 2 tablespoons chopped Chinese petchay
- 1 egg, boiled and peeled and quartered
- 2 teaspoons chopped spring onions, sibuyas na mura
- 1 teaspoon toasted chopped garlic
Cooking Instructions :
- In a small saucepan, sauté onions for 1 minute. Add ginger, and sauté for another minute.
- Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add Lucky Me Instant Noodles (Itnok) and boil for 3 minutes.
- Add Lucky Me Instant Noodles (Itnok) condiment pack and Chinese petchay. Mix well. Heat for about a minute. Ladle soup into bowls and top with slices of hard boiled egg. Serve.
- You may garnish the soup with toasted garlic, and spring onions before serving.
