Pancit Kikiam with Kangkong

Ingredients :
  • 2 packs Lucky Me Pancit Canton (Regular)
  • 1 piece kikiam, sliced diagonally into 12, and fried until skin is brown and crisp
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 cup kangkong leaves

Cooking Instructions :
  1. Cook noodles according to package directions. Set aside seasoning, soy sauce and oil packets.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together sesame oil, oyster sauce, soy sauce, brown sugar, cornstarch, water, seasoning and soy sauce packets. Set aside.
  3. In a small pan, heat packet oil. Sauté kangkong until wilted. Add sauce mixture and simmer. Spoon kangkong and sauce mixture over cooked noodles. Top with kikiam slices. Mix well and serve.
