Noodle Ham and Egg Medley

Ingredients :
  • 2 packs Lucky Me! Pancit Canton Original
  • 1 pc egg
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 cup quickmelt cheese, grated
  • 1 tsp garlic, minced
  • 2 slices sweet ham, cut into squares

Cooking Instructions :
  1. Set aside Lucky Me! Pancit Canton (LM) seasoning, soy sauce and oil.
  2. Boil LM noodle cakes in water for 3 minutes. Drain.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together eggs, evaporated milk, water, quickmelt cheese, LM soy sauce and LM seasoning. Set aside.
  4. In a small pan, heat LM oil. Sauté garlic until slightly brown. Add ham. Toss in the cooked noodles then stir in the sauce mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens. Mix well. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serves 2.
