Creamy Cheese and Bacon Sopas
Ingredients :
- 3 strips bacon
- 2 tbsps white onion
- 2 cups water
- 1 pack Lucky Me! Instant Sopas
- 1/3 cup evaporated milk
- 1/2 cup grated cheese (Quickmelt)
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Cooking Instructions :
- In a small saucepan, cook minced bacon for about 3 minutes. Push browned bacon to one side of the pan. Add onions and sauté for 1 minute more. Add 2 cups of water and bring to a boil. Add Lucky Me Instant Sopas noodles and boil for 3 minutes.
- Add Lucky Me Instant Sopas condiment pack. Stir.
- Add evaporated milk, cheese, and pepper. Mix well and heat until cheese is melted. Serve.
