Corn and Crab Soup (Chicken)
Ingredients :
- 1 tablespoon Star margarine
- 1/4 cup (50gm) minced onions
- 1/3 cup (50gm) crabmeat
- 1/2 can cream of corn
- 1/4 tsp patis
- 2 cups water
- 1 pack Luck Me Instant Chicken Mami
Cooking Instructions :
- In a small saucepan, heat the margarine. Sauté the onions for about a minute. Add crabmeat and the cream of corn.
- Season with patis.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Add Lucky Me Instant Noodles (Chicken) and condiment packet and continue to boil for 3 minutes until noodles are done. Serve.
