Chunky Sausage Pomodoro
Ingredients :
- 2 packs Lucky Me! Pancit Canton Original
- 100 gms Vienna sausage, drained, cut to segments
- 1/4 cup onion, minced
- 2 pcs large tomatoes, chopped
- 3/4 cup tomato sauce
- 2 tsps brown sugar
Cooking Instructions :
- Set aside Lucky Me! Pancit Canton(LM) seasoning, soy sauce and oil.
- Boil LM noodle cakes in water For 3 minutes. Drain.
- In a small pan, heat LM oil. Brown Vienna sausage on all sides. Remove from pan & set aside. Sauté onions in the same pan until wilted. Add tomatoes & cook for 5 minutes more. Stir in tomato sauce, water, brown sugar, LM soy sauce & LM seasoning. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir in browned Vienna sausage & noodles. Mix well.
- Transfer onto serving plates and garnish with chopped parsley or basil leaves if desired. Serves 2.
