Chinese Egg Drop Soup
Ingredients :
- 1 teaspoon cooking oil
- 50 grams ground chicken
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped spring onions, sibuyas na mura
- 1 pack Lucky Me! Instant Chicken Mami
- 1/2 teaspoon fish sauce, patis
- 2 asparagus spears, chopped into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch mixed in 3 tablespoons water
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
Cooking Instructions :
- Heat oil in a saucepan and sauté ground chicken for a minute or until slightly browned. Add 2 cups of water and spring onions and bring to a boil.
- Add Lucky Me! Instant Chicken Mami noodles and boil for 3 minutes.
- Add Lucky Me! Instant Chicken Mami condiment pack, patis, and asparagus. Mix well.
- Slowly add in cornstarch mixture, stirring constantly until soup boils again. Slowly pour beaten egg over the soup’s surface. Immediately remove soup from heat, (do not stir) and wait for 30 seconds, then stir vigorously. Serve.
