Corned Beef Special
Ingredients :
- 1 teaspoon vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup (50g) white onion, minced
- 75 grams (half of a 150 g can) corned beef
- 2 cups water
- 1 pack Lucky Instant Beef Mami
- Dash black pepper
Cooking Instructions :
- In a small saucepan, heat oil. Add onions and sauté for 2 minutes. Add corned beef and sauté for another minute or two.
- Add water and bring to a boil. Add Lucky Me Instant Beef Mami noodles. Cover for 3 minutes more.
- Add Lucky Me Instant Beef Mami condiment pack and pepper. Mix well. Simmer and cover for 2 minutes and serve.
