Longganisa Canton

Ingredients :
  • 2 packs Lucky Me! Pancit Canton Kalamansi
  • 2 tbsp garlic, minced
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 links longganisa hamonado

Lucky Me! Lusog Sarap Note: Good Source of Vitamin A - for good eyesight, Good Source of Iron - for healthy red blood cells
Cooking Instructions :
  1. Set aside Lucky Me! Pancit Canton Kalamansi (LM) seasoning, soy sauce and oil.
  2. Boil LM noodle cakes in water for 3 minutes. Drain.
  3. Remove longganisa meat from casing. Heat LM oil in frying pan and sauté the garlic until fragrant. Add the longganisa meat and cook until browned.
  4. Break eggs into frying pan and stir until set. Add cooked Lucky Me! Pancit Canton noodles, LM soy sauce and LM seasoning. Mix well. Serve.
