Step Up!

Monde Nissin is committed to the development of human resources within the organization, thus it invests substantially in training programs and other developmental activities for its employees nationwide.

Today, MNC steadfast commitment to this thrust is brought to the fore with STEP UP!, a program for graduating students that allows them to start their career on the right track.

Participants coming from different colleges and universities are pre-screened through a series of interviews and exams and once qualified, they will have a chance to participate in this 2-day intensive program which will involve group dynamics and team-based assignments that will showcase their skills and abilities.
